Hectic life-style

It can be seen nowadays that life these days can be summed up in three words; Hurry, worry, and bury. People have been trying to multi-task, always in a hurry to finish a certain work, carry a lot of worries and troubles in mind, and finding themselves ending their lives early and unexpectedly.

These are all products of life's stressors that may seem overwhelming and exhausting especially when out of proportion and totally blown out. Only when given appropriate coping strategies will these things be much more handled.

Living each day counts and not being so anxious and fretful of the things that we cannnot control may somehow lessen our apprehension. There are a lot of wonderful things on earth to celebrate, bringing back our gratitude to our Creator than being petulant about our life will bring in blessings ahead.

It is important to utilize the 3Rs of life- relax, reflect, and renew. The reality of life is our continuous search for balance, we tend to juggle our priorities with so much speed and anxiety just to manage everything without ending in disaster.

It is really notable to reflect and create awareness on what's really going on our lives. We all got roles to play and tasks to accomplish that we forgot to take care and find time for ourselves.

Relaxation means creating a soothing environment to promote mind and body balance. Take a moment to breathe deeply and enjoy the soothing feeling. Catch up on a reading or listen to a melodic music or simply daydream of your next vacation.

When make certain reflection of our lives it make sense of our experiences and internalize what we learn. It becomes our life's mirror, so to speak.

Renewal can do a lot of goodness in our quest for happiness. Freeing the mind to escape and drift calmly into a state of relaxation, and bringing in sweet moment of silence can help reset a day and provide clarity when dealing with difficult situations.

Get an Android on Straight Talk

This post brought to you by Straight Talk. All opinions are 100% mine.

I heard about Straight Talk on a TV commercial, researched and read reviews online because I wasn't sold on it yet. I can't believe how easy and straightforward this is (hence the name). I came home hoping I didn't make a bad purchase, but followed the easy activation directions and activated my phone online in a few minutes. It was too easy! I had a Samsung with all the works and a fancy plan that I was overpaying for. This phone is great. I talk a little and text moderately, sometimes a lot, so it works for me. Coverage is great here in the city of Chicago. I'm happy with my purchase but happier that I'm saving a TON of money. I was paying $90 a month for "regional" coverage. I'm paying $30/month with Straight Talk for nationwide coverage! That's a HUGE annual savings! If you can't decide, do what I did. Hook, line and sinker.

With Straight Talk, you don't have to worry about contracts, surprise bills or credit checks. You can say goodbye to activation, reactivation, termination fees and humongous cellphone bills because Straight Talk has an All You Need Plan that meets the needs of heavy users with 1,000 minutes, 1,000 texts and 30 MB of web data. The Unlimited Plan, which includes, calls, texts, picture messaging and web services only costs $45 a month. That's unlimited usage for only $499 a year! Plus, 411 calls are also included for no extra charge. Just imagine what you can buy with all the money you will save.

As if that is not enough, you can even get an Android on Straight Talk.

Straight Talk also enables you to make International Long Distance Calls from your home, cellphone or landline. You would be crazy to still be on a contract if you can have Everything you need with Straight Talk at very low cost.

You should Call a friend and tell them to sign up with you.

Sea Glass Turtle Mosaic

Sea Glass Turtle Mosaic

Other than my handmade sea glass jewelry, I haven't done very much creating. I still have a couple of scarves in progress, but very desire to get back to them right now.
I have lots of sea glass that isn't jewelry quality. I have them in jars by the window sill, on the entertainment center...anywhere that get a little bit of sunlight during the day.

And then I remembered an idea I had years ago about making mosaics with some of the pieces. So I spread out a couple cans of smaller pieces one evening after dinner and played with the pieces... after playing for awhile, I had made a couple sailboat images, a dragonfly, a butterfly and a turtle (shown below) I'm not sure what I'm going to do with my new creations...maybe keep a few for myself and maybe put them in my Etsy shop...not sure yet, but i thought I'd share my newest creations with my myLot crafting friends! So what's on your crafting table?
