Large Amethyst and CZ ring
Sunday is Mothers day, do you know what you are getting, and or giving? My husband, and kids got me something that they have managed to keep a surprise, so I do not know what that is. I did ask for, and buy I guess for myself some gemstone identification tools. I still want the refractometer, maybe for Xmas. This lovely ring, I made for my mom for Mothers Day. It is a large emerald cut Amethyst, that I bought from Fire Mountain Gems. I love their amethyst, and they are my main source for that particular gemstone. I then had to find a setting to set it in, no easy task I quickly found out. I found this heavy sterling silver CZ ring on Ebay. I removed the center CZ, and replaced it with my Amethyst. My mom loves big, and bold jewelry, and has been asking me to make her an emerald cut amethyst ring. I hope she loves it. So what about all of you?
